About Me
I am a REALTOR® with Keller Williams and The David Greene Team in the greater Sacramento area. I specialize in working with first time home buyers, house hackers, and investors.
I have been house hacking for a few years and the majority of my clients are house hackers. House hacking is a fancy term for renting out parts of your primary residence. I believe that house hacking is one of the best ways to build wealth and I wish more people knew about it and understood how powerful it is!
My Clients
My clients range from first time homebuyers and first time investors to experienced investors. Over half of my clients are house hackers – people who live in part of their home and rent out other parts of their home to reduce their living expenses. They have found tremendous success through either renting out some of their extra bedrooms or renting or renting their ADU/guest house, or even being creative and splitting a house into an additional unit to rent out.
